Position Situation

• Direct report to District Manager
• Location: Burger King Restaurant

Main Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Burger King restaurant. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience:
  • Implement corrective actions to ensure customer loyalty and development
  • Operate in the field, steering teams during service and intervening at various positions
• Operational Management:
  • Enforce procedures in force within the restaurant
  • Apply quality indicators and implement necessary corrective actions
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Team Management:
  • Oversee personnel management, including contracts, leave, and absences
  • Manage schedules and check consistency with forecasts and activity flows
• Financial Management:
  • Manage restaurant results through operating account analysis and turnover forecasts
  • Monitor sales and performance indicators, enforcing economic regulations in force

Qualifications and Skills

Required qualifications include a BAC +2 degree (or equivalent), as well as knowledge of sales techniques, social legislation, and inventory management. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
