System Administrator

Meanquest SA is seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and monitor all IT assets, including infrastructure, platforms, software, and hardware.
- Participate in the definition of IT assets and implement IT and Information Security policies and practices.
- Plan and manage installations, upgrades, configurations, deprecation, and removal of IT assets.
- Manage identity and access, implement data backup and system security operations, and provide IT support levels 1 and 2.
- Resolve issues escalated by users and ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT topics such as system installation, configuration, and analysis, networking.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, data protection operations, and legislation, IT standards, Information Security standards, and best practices.
- Experience with configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, administration of Windows and GNU/Linux.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies and scripting languages for automation.
- Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, good communication skills, awareness of technological trends, tech curiosity, and aptitude for self-training.
- Good level in French and English (B2 level).
Desired Skills:
- Advanced administration skills on Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Defender, Intune, Microsoft Office 365, Google Cloud, Fortinet solutions, Synology Active Backup for Business, Proxmox VE, and Proxmox Backup Server.
- Good knowledge of DevOps approach, techniques, and tools such as CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
