Logistics Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team in St Moritz. The ideal candidate will have experience in stock and warehouse management for luxury brands and be committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver required items to Sales Associates on time and participate in store maintenance and stock-keeping
• Provide updates to Sales Associates regarding order status and delivery arrangements
• Perform various administrative functions to maintain and update client information
• Support Sales Associates in keeping them updated about store stock to optimize sales
• Participate in loss prevention procedures to ensure inventory integrity

Requirements:

• Experience in stock and warehouse management for luxury brands
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Fluent English, German, and Italian language skills; other languages a plus
• Strong interpersonal and stress management skills
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing circumstances
