We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Operations Manager to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our Country Value Team, you will be responsible for driving growth of assigned products in the Swiss market by implementing commercial projects and services aligned with the CVT's brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders to strengthen Janssen's competitive position in Switzerland.
- Lead local commercial initiatives such as workshops, webinars, educational and promotional meetings in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Achieve customer engagement and event targets across all sales regions, measuring outcomes through CRM system KPIs.
- Contribute to the CVT by providing local market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or event management.
