Risk Analysis and Modelling Position

CERN & Society Foundation is looking for a highly skilled Risk Analysis and Modelling expert to join our team.

You will be working on risk analysis studies, including advanced multi-physics modelling and computational fluid dynamics for the Future Circular Collider (FCC) study.

As a Risk Analysis and Modelling expert, you will participate in a wide range of research projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, physicists and technicians.

Your Profile
  • Requirements:
  • Strong background in modelling natural processes with dynamical systems and numerical integration, namely in the field of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.
  • Background in developing ad-hoc numerical models and solving differential equations for multi-physics purposes, such as computational fluid dynamics, agent-based models and Monte-Carlo.
  • Capability to work in an international and multidisciplinary team.
