Job Title: Buyer Fabrics

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Buyer Fabrics to join our team at HOLY FASHION GROUP. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality fabrics for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze fabric purchasing trends to ensure timely and demand-oriented provision of fabrics for sampling and production.
• Negotiate with suppliers worldwide to secure the best prices and delivery conditions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with fabric suppliers to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.
• Collaborate with design, brand management, quality assurance, and production planning teams to ensure that fabric purchases meet quality and sustainability requirements.
• Verify and process invoices to ensure accurate and timely payment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that our fabric purchases are aligned with the latest market requirements.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a degree in textile or clothing technology.
• 3-4 years of professional experience in purchasing or procurement of fabrics.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficient IT skills, especially in MS Office Excel and ideally in SAP.
• Independent, careful, and goal-oriented working style.
• Numerical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle.
