The Role
As a Logistics and Sales Coordinator for our Swiss Market, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of retail points of sale and associated activities using various tools and systems. You will also provide continuous support to our logistics and sales teams.
Your main tasks will include:
- Managing the opening and closing of retail points of sale via SAP and other internal tools.
- Creating and updating various listings (clients, prices, launches) for commercial and logistical needs.
- Compiling and analyzing sales statistics using specific analytical tools.
- Managing the restocking of Tissot boutiques and corporate multi-brand stores.
- Following watch and bracelet collections, coordinating launches, and updating the retailer information platform (RIS).
- Updating data on platforms for retailers (Extranet, Tissot Academy).
- Managing itinerant collections for events and exhibitions.
- Coordinating customer mailings for launches and promotions.
- Monitoring the implementation and support of the sales tracking and electronic warranty system.
- Training and supporting our partners on available platforms (RIS, RMIS).
- Collaborating with logistics teams to ensure the smooth operation of sales and distribution in Switzerland.
- Participating in inventory management, ensuring the reliability of stock data.
Profile

Professional Requirements
