About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Margins Optimization Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our Pricing, Contracts Governance and Compliance Team, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and implementing pricing strategies and initiatives across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a pricing strategy to maximize profitability, in alignment with business objectives and customer needs
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions
  • Monitor and evaluate pricing performance at a Country, Customer, and contract level, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support decision-making and analysis
  • Analyze sales deals to validate profitability data and calculations before signing a contract
  • Contribute to and lead margin optimization initiatives in alignment with the Finance Director and key stakeholders of the commercial teams
  • Create a Profitability Playbook to enable profitable and sustainable growth in Europe
Requirements
  • Several years of international experience in pricing, revenue management or related roles
  • Proficient analytical skills
  • Data analysis and manipulation using data analytics tools
  • Experience with pricing analytics and modeling techniques
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights
