• About the Role:
• Ascent Health Services Switzerland is seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals in the health insurance sector.
2. Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and development teams.
4. Feature Development & Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of features.
5. Customer-Centric Approach: Collect and analyze user feedback and market trends.
6. Agile Methodology: Lead the development team using agile methodologies.
7. Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure all product developments meet industry compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in the health sector.
• Technical Background: Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance standards.
