The Experis team is seeking a highly skilled IT System Administrator Windows Server to support the wider Social Media Team in implementing the company's social media strategy and activities. This role provides the resource needed to execute tasks on time and at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Publishing: Assist in managing publishing and sharing of content across corporate platforms, moderating user-generated content (UGC) across social ecosystem.
  2. Community Management: Engage with consumers across MSC Cruises' social media touchpoints, driving engagements, brand love and advocacy.
  3. Influencer Engagement: Liaise and support in all influencer and content creator workstream activities – from review and sourcing, to final briefing.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with team members to source social channels performance data, evaluate KPIs for creative analysis and insight development.
  5. Cross-function collaboration: Work with other departments (CRM, Brand, Digital, Comms) in developing the master editorial plan, intended for distribution to local markets around the world.
  6. All-round support: Provide operational assistance on special projects (onboard content productions, ship Christenings) and basic operations (content uploading, labelling) to the wider social media team.
  7. Fluent in English - strong verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Studying a degree preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
  9. Mandatory agreement is needed.
  10. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  11. Tactical knowledge of social media (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram) – incl. native dashboard insights and publishing functionalities.
  12. Intellectual curiosity combined with a creative mind-set, with a curiosity for understanding emerging trends in the social media space.
  13. Immediate availability is a strong plus.
  14. EXTRA: Knowledge of social analytics tools e.g. Emplifi, Social Blade, Google Analytics.
