Overview


At BELIMO, we are seeking a highly skilled Industrialization Manager to lead our Control Valves division. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to drive industrialization projects in an international environment and contribute to the success of our company.



About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for leading challenging industrialization projects, providing technical support to product lines, and acting as a point of contact for regional product management. Key tasks include answering customer requests, supervising quality complaints, supporting production lines, and conducting feasibility studies in collaboration with internal departments.



Your Profile


We are looking for a talented individual with a technical degree from a reputable institution (ETH/Uni/FH) and experience in project management for industrialized products. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in technical product support (PLM) or product management. The successful applicant must possess excellent communication skills, a structured approach to work, and enjoy dealing with complex tasks and stakeholders.



Our Offer


We offer an attractive salary of approximately 120,000 CHF per annum, reflecting the complexity and responsibility of this role.
