Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Support to join our Central Finance and Controlling team in Pfaeffikon SZ. This student position offers a great opportunity for students who can commit to a full-time role during semester breaks and approximately 2-3 working days per week during studies.

In this role, you will support the team in various tasks, including:

  • Supporting the quarterly retrocession and rebate process, which involves calculations, liaising with stakeholders, and preparing reports.
  • Assisting in the monthly/quarterly management fee reconciliations process.
  • Supporting the annual budget process, focusing on revenues.
  • Helping with ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Currently be studying accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field at Bachelor or beginning of Master level.
  • Have excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, and a strong affinity for working with and analyzing data.
  • Be proficient in English and German, with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Have previous work experience, such as internships or similar support roles, which is a plus.
  • Be a team player with strong social skills and the ability to work independently.
