The estimated salary for this position is CHF 45,000 - 65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our office in St. Gallen offers a unique work environment, with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes. Additionally, we provide free fruits and fresh barista coffee.

As a Marketing Coordinator for French Campaigns, you will be responsible for acquiring new and existing partners in the French-speaking part of Switzerland to initiate campaigns on our platforms. This includes ensuring smooth campaign execution, supporting current partners, and creating annual plans together with them. You will also monitor campaign revenue and take responsibility for achieving target revenue. Furthermore, you will develop marketing plans for introducing various campaigns, analyze partner offerings, and fully exploit their potential while keeping an eye on the current market and competition.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in French and German, as well as good English language skills. Persuasion and assertiveness are key, along with the ability to work with different stakeholder groups in a dynamic team. Currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences, you should be precise, quick, and independent, with a high degree of reliability, resilience, and responsibility. Experience with MS Office and an affinity for IT are also essential.
