We are seeking a highly qualified Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at the Chair of Building Archaeology and Construction History within the Department of Architecture at Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich (ETH Zurich).
About the TeamOur team is dedicated to advancing knowledge in the fields of building archaeology and construction history through innovative research projects and collaborations with industry partners. As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research and develop your skills in digital methods and data analysis.
You will work closely with our experienced team members, including Professor Stefan M. Holzer, and collaborate with other researchers in related projects. You will also have the opportunity to participate in national and international meetings and conferences, extending your professional network and improving your academic profile.
Requirements- University Master's diploma in art history or architecture, or a closely related field
- Recent PhD thesis on a topic of mediaeval art history, preferably architectural history
- Experience in building archaeology and high competence in Italian mediaeval architectural history
- Excellent proficiency in English and Italian languages (C1 or C2 levels)
- Recent publications in peer-reviewed journals or contributions to peer-reviewed conferences
