Quality Assurance Technician Role

AliveDx is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our Quality Assurance department based in Switzerland. This is a full-time and temporary position for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the company's documentation system in compliance with ISO 13485 standards.
  • Ensure the proper creation, revision, approval, distribution, and archiving of all quality-related documents.
  • Maintain the integrity and security of controlled documentation to support the organization's quality management system (QMS).
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining document control processes and enhancing QMS efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Quality Assurance, Life Sciences, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a document control or quality assurance role within an ISO 13485 GMP or 21CFR part 820 - compliant environment.
  • Experience with document management systems (DMS) and electronic quality management systems (eQMS).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyse information in a structured manner and prepare coherent reports.
  • Fluent in French and English.
