Your Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft engine assemblies (PW4000 and CFM56)
- Identify and document non-conformities and deviations from quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records and reports according to regulatory requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and safety
- Completed mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (EFZ or similar)
- Proven ability to work accurately, responsibly, and independently
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Good physical health, ability to work under pressure
- Strong personal responsibility and self-motivation
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP knowledge is an advantage
