As a People Leader for R&D at Sonova, you will play a key role in guiding individuals and groups to success. You will work together with technical managers to ensure optimal functioning of the development teams, help remove impediments, and foster a collaborative and psychologically safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide line management for your employees, including performance management, training, and recruitment.
- Develop talent through coaching and mentoring, manage conflicts effectively.
- Contribute to the organizational development of R&D and continuous improvement of existing processes.
- Guide teams and individuals through change processes, facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional qualification in coaching and change management is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of experience in people management, preferably in a technical or research environment.
- Strong leadership skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to address interpersonal matters.
- Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to advocate for oneself.
