About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Opacc Software AG. As a key member of our Support Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer support calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Development, Customer Responsibility, and Experts, to resolve customer issues
  • Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of our support processes
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal documentation and knowledge base
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud services subscribed by our customers
  • Perform technical updates and testing for customer installations

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High-quality standards and attention to detail
  • Experience in support and/or enterprise software, as well as proficiency in French, are considered an asset
