Job Description

At headcount AG, we are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to support our existing team on-site in Schaffhausen. The successful candidate will work closely with our client to establish a durable asset reliability framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall progress of the asset reliability framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and unplanned downtime for all departments.
  • Coordinate and hold regular meetings with all reliability engineers to review project status and provide guidance.
  • Provide support to the reliability engineering team.
  • Evaluate ongoing reliability projects and track advancements to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and establish a long-term reliability roadmap for the site.
  • Identify areas of improvement within the asset reliability framework and develop strategies for continuous enhancement.
  • Foster a culture of reliability and accountability among reliability engineers.
