About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Elevator Technician to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As an Elevator Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevators and escalators.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic components of elevators and escalators.
- Identify and implement repair and improvement work on the equipment, ordering necessary parts as needed.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair work using modern tools and equipment.
Requirements
- A completed technical education in a field such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in German language, with English language skills a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a willingness to get hands dirty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
