Your Role:
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of critical hardware components for our machine learning-based avionics products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop digital and analog circuits, PCBs, and FPGAs, including power, sensor, and RF design, in accordance with RTCA DO-254.
- Perform circuit analysis and real-world verification, both on the lab bench and in flight.
- Collaborate in all stages of prototype and product development, from design and validation to implementation and testing.
- Design and implement inter- and intrasystem communications solutions, integrating systems via various protocols.
- Manage relationships with external hardware partners.
- Compile and create documents for certification compliance with RTCA DO-254.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in hardware design.
- MS degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE), or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working within safety-critical avionics hardware frameworks, such as RTCA DO-254 or similar functional safety standards.
- Strong understanding of computers and programming languages, including C/C++, Python, VHDL, and Assembly.
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals.
