This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team at the Ibex facility in Visp, Switzerland. As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing operational activities for assigned manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Management: Implement manufacturing activities in Upstream Processing or Downstream Processing areas, ensuring adherence to cGMP guidelines.
- Safety and Environmental Management: Support SHE (Safety, Health, Environment), EM (Environmental Monitoring) risk assessments and implement control measures.
- Document Preparation: Prepare electronic batch records, SOPs, and other documentation specific to the production area.
- Quality Assurance: Review production documentation, resolve deviations, change requests, and CAPAs to maintain high-quality GMP standards.
- Capital Investment Projects: Engage in capital investment projects, delivering input required for setup, commissioning, and qualification of manufacturing suites and equipment.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Bio-chemical Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience considered.
- Technical Knowledge: Sound knowledge of biotechnological processes in protein purification.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills, collaborative approach, motivated, and passionate about finding solutions.
