We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our Manufacturing department at Lunaphore Technologies SA. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production of our new product, COMET.
Key Responsibilities- Assembly and Testing: Assemble and test sub-assemblies combining mechanics, electronics, pneumatics, and fluidics.
- Machine Assembly: Assemble complete machines following working instructions and plans.
- Quality Control: Perform in-process quality checks throughout the assembly process.
- Process Improvement: Propose improvements to manufacturing instructions and processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Quality and Supply Chain departments.
- Education: Holder of a diploma in the field of automation, poly-mechanics, or equivalent sector (CFC, ES technician, BTS...).
- Experience: Experience in the assembly of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and fluidic systems.
- Skills: Strong taste for manual and precise work. Knowledge of the use of machining and 3D printing tools is a plus.
- Language: Good command of English, French is a plus.
- Rigorous and Reliable: You can follow manufacturing and testing procedures written in English.
- Autonomous: You demonstrate the ability to perform precise and clean work, within the deadlines imposed by the schedule.
- Good Communicator: You report problems and suggest improvements.
