Your mission:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy for rare diseases and epilepsy, aligned with our company's goals and objectives;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels;
- Manage and track the performance of marketing campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure their effectiveness;
- Support the development of our company's integrated strategic planning (ISP) for rare diseases and epilepsy.
Your profile:
- Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team;
- Proficiency in MS Suite and interest in digital tools;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with French and Italian being a plus;
- Passion for making a positive impact on patients' lives and alignment with our company's core values.
This is a 100% remote role with occasional trips to be planned throughout the year.
