About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Specify, design, and implement RF firmware for next-generation productivity, gaming, and mobility products.
  • Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize RF sequencing and processing algorithms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with systems, RF silicon designers, and IC designers to define RF transceiver architecture, optimizing for power.
  • Firmware Verification: Verify implemented firmware, investigating critical RF issues in a cross-functional HW/FW environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Validate work, write production code, and automated tests.
  • Innovation: Prototype and demonstrate ideas.
Your Profile
  • Minimum Requirements: 10+ years of experience in firmware engineering within product development.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Bluetooth, 2.4GHz ISM band, and USB.
  • Languages: Fluent in embedded firmware in C/C++ including test and debug.
  • Skill Set: Practically minded with strong problem-solving skills and strong technical documentation skills.
  • Communication: Fluent spoken and written English.
Estimated Salary Range:

Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
