What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering ML-driven recommender systems & two-sided marketplaces.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), big data technologies, and machine learning tools and frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to evangelise and educate cross-functional teams and stakeholders in data science, analytics, product management, design, and engineering.
  • Experience in scaling platforms and systems in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities and familiarity with experimentation frameworks like A/B testing.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
