Luxury Goods Inventory Specialist

The Prada Group is seeking a highly skilled Luxury Goods Inventory Specialist to join its team in Italy. As a key member of the stock management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods within the warehouse.

Job Description:

You will support the Stock Referent in all responsibilities related to warehouse management and provide services to the store. Your primary objective will be to ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with KPIs and guidelines set by the company.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Ensuring the care and protection of products according to company guidelines;
  • Managing goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas while optimizing timing efficiency;
  • Preparing shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines;
  • Preparing E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) while guaranteeing required service levels;
  • Managing damaged products, non-sellable items, and products under repair;
  • Organizing packaging and stationery physically and on IT systems;
  • Participating in uniform and gift flow management;
  • Carefully protecting and packaging products both in-store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments;
  • Adopting company guidelines in the event of theft, focusing on communication and documentation produced;
  • Supporting prompt investigations into system negatives;
  • Managing product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system;
  • Participating in physical and cycle inventory organization and execution of finished product and accessory locations;
  • Supporting warehouse activities related to sales;
  • Maintaining security and cleanliness of the warehouse;
  • Collaborating with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager to optimize available spaces;
  • Supporting Client Advisors in sales processes and collaborating with Visual Merchandising teams when necessary;
  • Maintaining relationships with used providers and keeping updates organized monthly;
  • Complying with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures from relevant stakeholders.

We offer an estimated salary range of €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be working in a creative and international environment, surrounded by motivated teams driven by curiosity and a pursuit of excellence. Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury/fashion industry;
  • Fluent spoken English; other languages are desirable;
  • A high sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently;
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
