Advanced Laser Systems and Prototyping Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled Laser Etching Process Development Engineer to join our team at Corintis, a leading innovator in microfluidic cooling technologies.
As a member of our engineering team, you will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and automating advanced laser micro-etching processes for our next-generation microfluidic cooling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Development and Optimization
- Design and implement custom laser etching processes using advanced laser micro-etching systems.
- Optimize and automate validated processes to increase prototyping efficiency.
- Conduct thorough metrological evaluations of prototypes using precision tools like the Keyence Microscope and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead software development efforts for advanced laser system automation.
- Oversee prototyping activities for customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Operate advanced laser etching systems with precision and accuracy.
- Conduct thorough metrological evaluations of samples to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage raw materials, tooling, and resources for prototyping activities.
Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience in laser systems, micro-machining, or related process development.
- Familiarity with microfluidics, cooling technologies, or advanced thermal management solutions is highly desirable.
