Compliance Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at Michael Page. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compliance: Ensure that all bank mandates are completed according to the banks' requirements, gather relevant documentation, and update banking documents and internal records.
  • Administration: Implement online banking facilities, prepare bank transfers, and input transfers on online platforms.
  • Support: Participate in ad-hoc projects, support the team, and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
  • Commercial diploma or equivalent
  • Compliance knowledge and 1 or 3 years of experience within the field
  • Knowledge of current bank standards and regulations
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Discreet and used to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexible and able to handle priorities on a daily basis
  • Reliable, timely, and accurate
  • Hands-on, proactive, self-motivated, and service-oriented
  • Capacity to integrate and work within a multi-cultural team
