About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing timely and results-oriented legal advice to support the activities of the Maison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of matters, including commercial and contract law, to support the business needs of the Maison.
  • Review, negotiate, and draft various legal and commercial documents, including agreements and contracts.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Head Counsel and other Richemont entities, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate risks to provide appropriate and compliant solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external counsel and other external partners.
Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with a strong background in commercial and contract law.
  • Minimum of 5 years post-bar qualification experience in providing legal advice in an international environment.
  • Proven drafting and negotiation skills, with experience in commercial and contract law.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with German and/or French a plus.
  • Strong team player with excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Result and business-oriented, with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Sound commercial judgment, strong intellect, and the confidence to take the lead in negotiations.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills in complex settings.
