Job Summary
An Opportunity to Work with a Global LeaderTalentify is a global leader in the IT industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled IT support professional to join our team as an IT Service Analyst 2nd Level / IAM. As a key member of our Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support and Identity Access Management to our internal and external customers.
This role requires a strong understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) principles, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve high service standards.
You will be working closely with IT and Security teams to ensure effective incident, request, SLA, and problem management processes according to ITIL standards and best practices. Additionally, you will contribute towards knowledge transfer between 2nd level and IAM tasks/teams, actively contribute to and maintain Knowledge Base content, and work on other related projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of Client IT support and Identity Access Management to internal and external customers.
- Provide 2nd level IT support including Identity Access Management (IAM) support, administration, and request management.
- Monitor performance according to agreed service levels.
- Assist the 1st level team on request.
Requirements
- Experience in IAM support, administration, and request management.
- Willingness to provide on-call and on-site support outside of normal service hours on request.
- Knowledge of ITIL standards and best practices.
- Previous experience with Active Directory, SailPoint & Microsoft Entra ID.
