Supply Chain Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Demand and Supply Manager to join our Clinical Trials Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and interpreting inventory management plans to forecast supply plans of study drugs to global clinical trials. Your expertise in supply chain techniques will ensure the continuity of subject supply in the most effective and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities include providing input into User Requirement Specifications of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) medication management module, reviewing IRT strategy to ensure it supports strategic supply plans, and developing and providing clients with reports on actual project spend versus budget. Additionally, you will establish connections between demand planning team and S&OP, partner with Enterprise Project Manager to share key client data, and ensure temperature excursion process is performed as required.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and work in teams. A Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business/operations management is preferred, and 2-3 years of supply chain and/or planning experience leading global supply chain design and logistics management is required.

**Job Summary:**

As a Demand and Supply Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain of study drugs to global clinical trials. You will work closely with the demand planning team and S&OP to ensure the continuity of subject supply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design, implement, and interpret inventory management plans to forecast supply plans of study drugs to global clinical trials
* Provide input into User Requirement Specifications of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) medication management module
* Review IRT strategy to ensure it supports strategic supply plans
* Develop and provide clients with reports on actual project spend versus budget

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business/operations management
* 2-3 years of supply chain and/or planning experience leading global supply chain design and logistics management
