Salary and BenefitsThe remuneration for this position includes an annual base salary starting at USD 64,121, along with a variable post adjustment reflecting the cost of living in Geneva. Additional benefits include 30 days of annual leave, dependent family member allowances, home leave, and education grants for children.
Job DescriptionThis role involves supporting the Board Relations Team in providing strategic coordination between the Executive Board, committees, and major partner organizations. Key responsibilities include ensuring regular exchange of information with the Board and its committees, preparing briefings, documents, and presentations for meetings, and coordinating financial and budgetary processes for governance and board relations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- University degree in business management, public relations, international relations, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in health and international relations, specifically in governance and board relations.
- Experience in coordinating high-level international meetings, managing complex projects, and working in cross-cultural environments.
