We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Portier to join our team at Hotel Europa Suites AG.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, supporting our Housekeeping and Front Office teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with luggage, make deliveries for the Front Desk and Housekeeping, and maintain the cleanliness of public areas.
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Develop a strong understanding of cleaning and maintenance procedures, and apply this knowledge to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Collaborate with the Spa and Wellness team to ensure the cleanliness and organization of these areas.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in German and Italian languages, with additional languages a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours.
