- Compliance and Regulatory Matters: Stay abreast of legal and regulatory developments in Europe, implementing effective measures to mitigate compliance risks and regulations.
- Project Leadership and Negotiation: Lead negotiations and legal and cross-functional projects, driving results-oriented outcomes.
- Training and Development: Conduct internal training on legal, regulatory, and contractual aspects, enhancing the skills of your colleagues.
- Cross-Border and International Matters: Engage in cross-border and international matters, fostering a culture of global collaboration.
- External Counsel and Litigation: Manage external counsel and litigation processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of disputes.
- A law degree (MLaw or equivalent) and admission to the bar in Switzerland or Germany (or a comparable jurisdiction).
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification work experience, preferably within a law firm and/or as in-house counsel.
- Expertise in contract law and commercial law, including areas such as sales, procurement, competition law, and corporate law.
- Expertise or strong interest in compliance matters (regulatory and business compliance) and sustainability-related issues.
- Excellent proficiency in English and German; French is an advantage.
- High motivation with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
