Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cinema Team Lead to join our team at blue Entertainment AG in Chur. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our cinema and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in organizing events, coordinating operations, and planning personnel deployment
  • Assist in recruiting and training staff
  • Implement and maintain quality and hygiene standards (HACCP) and comply with Swiss food regulations
  • Ensure knowledge of our product offerings, food preparation, and allergen awareness
  • Manage inventory and warehouse operations
  • Support the team in cinema and gastronomy operations
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of our technical equipment and facilities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the service industry with a strong understanding of technical operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication skills in German (spoken and written)
  • Positive attitude, strong social skills, and a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
  • Proactive sharing of knowledge and willingness to help colleagues
