Job Title: Head of Group SustainabilityWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our group-wide sustainability efforts, developing and deploying systems, procedures, and policies to support our ambitious sustainability goals. This role will work closely with the business and stakeholders to ensure a seamless execution of our sustainability strategy.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the business and stakeholders to identify and prioritize sustainability initiatives.
- Provide expertise and guidance on non-financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage the annual external non-financial reporting and audit process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a related field.
- A deep understanding of CSRD, EU-Taxonomy, and further sustainability regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in preparing and delivering effective presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, influencing and building relationships across the organization.
- A Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
- English and German fluency.
