Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen administrativen Allrounder, der die Fertigstellung von anspruchsvollen IT-Offerten koordiniert und dabei mit Word, Excel und Onlineplattformen arbeitet.

Hauptaufgaben:
  • Auftragsabwicklung und Koordination von Offerten
  • Dokumenteneinhaltung und Konsistenzprüfung
  • Zeitgerechte Abgabe von Offerten, einschließlich Einsätze außerhalb von Bürozeiten
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Beraterprofilen und deren Aktualisierung
  • Unterstützung im Team bei verschiedenen Aufgaben
Voraussetzungen:
  • Kauffmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit administrativer Erfahrung im Dienstleistungs- oder IT-Umfeld
  • Gewandtheit mit den MS-Office Tools und ein Flair für IT-Themen
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung, Servicebereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Selbstständiges, genaues und organisiertes Arbeiten unter Zeitdruck
  • Bereitschaft für erhöhte Arbeitseinsätze vor Abgabeterminen
  • Stilsicherheit in der deutschen Sprache
