Job Description:

You will act as a role model in BioConjugates IBEX as a leader in the project and support the project members in terms of safety culture. You will enter the current status of your project in the electronic shift book and be responsible for the shift handover.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a role model in BioConjugates IBEX as a leader in the project and support the project members in terms of safety culture.
  2. Support the opinion of the shift team leader and discuss the available resources on an ongoing basis.
  3. Enter the current status of own project in the electronic shift book and is responsible for the shift handover.
  4. Be the first point of contact for technical faults and process deviations.
  5. Provide the team with further technical training.
  6. Ensure the implementation of the required work in the assigned work area in accordance with the applicable specifications (GMP, quality) in the team.

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training (EFZ) and/or experience in BioConjugates
  • Chemical or pharmaceutical technology training as well as GMP and/or LBT training is an advantage
  • Accurate working and documentation methods, working with computers (Excel, Word and process control systems)
  • Carrying out work with a high level of safety awareness
  • Willingness to work shifts (4-shift operation) with flexibility in work scheduling
