Forensic Corporate Investigator

KPMG Forensic is a leading advisor in supporting organizations manage risk and reduce the potential damage arising from misconduct or unethical behavior. Our interdisciplinary team conducts investigations and provides comprehensive solutions for detecting, preventing and responding to white-collar crime.
Your Contribution to KPMG- Lead complex investigations into suspected or actual fraud cases, projects related to the prevention of economic crime or damage assessments, and provide expert recommendations to clients.
- Analyze clients' situations, define necessary measures, and make appropriate recommendations to support their business objectives.
- Conduct thorough document and transaction reviews, internal controls evaluations, and provide expert insights to support investigations.
- Conduct interviews, email reviews, and write reports to support investigations related to fraud, misappropriation of assets, and bribery & corruption.
- Lead assessments of damages in the context of commercial disputes, insurance claims, and international arbitrations.
- Prepare high-quality client presentations and participate in internal and external marketing activities to promote KPMG's services.
- Manage existing client relationships, identify business opportunities, and assist with the development of proposals to win new engagements.
- Coach and develop younger team members, and take ownership in shaping and further developing our team.
- University Degree in law, accounting, economics, or any other relevant education.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in Audit or in Forensic investigations within a consulting firm, with experience in project management.
- Swiss CPA in progress or obtained is a strong asset.
- Willingness to take on various tasks in a small team, convincing communication skills, and entrepreneurial flair.
- Open to travel and willing to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and French, including excellent writing skills in both. Any additional language is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented, ambitious, highly committed, and a team player.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of mental flexibility and a keen eye for detail.
