About the Job
The Senior Commercial Controller will be responsible for leading the commercial operations of Swarovski's distribution channels. This includes analyzing financial data, identifying areas for optimization, and developing strategies to improve profitability.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to define targets for revenue and profitability in offline channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution costs and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices across Sales & Distribution channels.
About You
We are looking for a talented individual who has:
- University degree or university-level education in economics, business administration, business accounting, finance, or a certified public accountant degree.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in a multinational environment, preferably in a global or regional business controlling role from the FMCG, luxury/fashion retailing, or consulting industries.
- Strong business acumen with a proactive, independent, and consulting-style mindset.
- A proven track record in business partnering, analysis, decision support, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and financial modeling skills.
- Clear communication skills, including summarizing complex issues into simple messages and recommendations.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with other functional teams.
- Fluent oral and written communications skills in English.
- Experience working with SAP and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling and scenario analysis) and PowerPoint.
