DINAMIQS is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) based in Switzerland, specializing in the manufacturing of viral vectors for gene therapies. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including vector design optimization, cutting-edge process development and analytics, as well as manufacturing.

We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical systems and equipment used in our pharmaceutical production processes.

Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment such as pumps, motors, mixers, HVAC, compressed air, clean gas distribution, WFI system, and other machinery. You will also provide technical support to production teams during equipment malfunctions or emergencies.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving maintenance excellence in a new production environment. If you have a strong background in mechanical systems and experience working in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance within the pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration procedures
  • Familiarity with GMP and regulatory requirements for calibration and maintenance in pharmaceutical production
