About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Integrator to join our Global Messaging Services team at Ailanto AG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for integrating internal and external applications, messaging infrastructure components, and market gateways solutions related to the GMS portfolio into our internal infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional application requirements.
  • Ensure Operation Stability and Security of new software bundles delivered into production by meeting the highest level of operation stability and security.
  • Work Closely with Development and Infrastructure Teams to ensure timely application readiness.
  • Coordinate with External Vendors to resolve software packaging or infrastructure requirements and issues.
  • Conduct Data-Gathering Activities for audit and risk management purposes, focusing on application-specific infrastructure and security data.
Requirements

  • Operating System Knowledge: Strong understanding of LINUX/UNIX operating systems, with z/OS being an advantage.

  • System Architecture Expertise: Solid background in system architecture, failover, and network design.

  • Web and DB Technologies: Experience in Web and DB technologies, mainly WebSphere, Tomcat, Oracle, and DB2.

  • Scripting Skills: Good scripting skills, mainly Shell, Perl, and Rexx.

  • Financial Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of SWIFT fin message types and the equivalent of the ISO20022 standard, as well as SIC/euroSIC, SECOM, and FED/CHIPS message types.

  • Instant Payments Experience: Good experience in Instant Payments.

  • Software Development Experience: Software development experience, preferably in the financial industry (Java & J2EE), would be a benefit.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills.

  • Experience as Software Engineer: 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
