We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus that showcase seasonal ingredients, local specialties, and international cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training and development of staff.
  • Plan, create, and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Oversee inventory management, including sourcing and purchasing of ingredients, while controlling costs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align the culinary offerings with the overall guest experience.
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and innovations into the menu.

Qualifications:
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Expertise in both traditional and contemporary culinary techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and French is an asset.
  • Passion for food, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.
