We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus that showcase seasonal ingredients, local specialties, and international cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training and development of staff.
- Plan, create, and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Oversee inventory management, including sourcing and purchasing of ingredients, while controlling costs.
- Collaborate with the management team to align the culinary offerings with the overall guest experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and innovations into the menu.
