Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Floor Supervisor to manage our retail floor, ensure efficient store operations, and provide outstanding customer service.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, leadership, and customer service, with a proven track record of improving store performance and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Key responsibilities include managing inventory, controlling expenses, and analyzing sales data to inform future strategies.
Responsibilities
  1. Manage retail floor operations, including inventory management and stock control
  2. Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  3. Analyze sales data to identify trends and inform future strategies
  4. Implement merchandising concepts and contribute to regional marketing campaigns
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, leadership, and customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
