About the Role

  • As a Controlling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's performance review across various areas, including sales and cost management.
  • You will lead planning processes, assess the quality of outcomes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect relevant information and support problem-solving.
  • You will create regular or ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and potentially BI systems (Power BI, SAP Analytics).
  • You will investigate irregular transactions, provide appropriate solutions, and maintain internal documentation and work processes.

Your Profile

We are looking for an individual with a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on management and financial accounting. A few years of work experience in a similar position and environment would be beneficial.

Skills and Qualifications

">
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel) is essential, and experience with BI systems (Power BI, SAP Analytics) would be advantageous.
  • A strong background in financial analysis, planning, and control, as well as proficiency in SQL and scripting skills (VBA), is desirable.
  • The ability to work with SAP HANA or similar ERP systems is required.
  • You should possess a strong 'hands-on mentality,' excellent analytical thinking, and the preparation of figures.
  • Familiarity with Korean and English languages, with the latter being preferred, and good communication skills are necessary.
  • A professional appearance, very good communication skills, and an accurate working style are expected.
  • A committed, team-oriented, and stress-resistant personality is essential.
