Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing materials, goods, and services for Straumann Villeret, mainly. This includes executing operational and tactical procurement activities in accordance with the global category strategy and in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, regulatory standards, applicable laws, ethical standards, and code of business conduct.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase materials, goods, and services for Straumann Villeret, mainly
  • Ensure efficient creation of Purchase Orders
  • Drive the realization of savings, supply efficiency, quality, process improvements, and track achieved results
  • Ensure efficient and proper execution of Requests for Quotation
  • Manage daily requirements and understand future demands of the various functions at Straumann Villeret
  • Maintain ERP systems to ensure continuous support of material and service requirements and accuracy of data (master data, vendor master, source list)
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Essential Requirements:
  • Experience between 2 and 5 years in procurement, including previous experience in executing P2P Process transactions in SAP (at least one year)
  • Fluent English and French, any additional languages an advantage
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated performance in working with several departments and functions
Desirable Requirements:
  • Preferred education: Bachelor, academic degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Economics, ideally combined with CIPS or CPSM
  • Track record in steering and streamlining delivery while keeping the internal customer as a priority
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of CHF 80,000 - CHF 110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
