This role involves working with the expanding CTI team for a global pharmaceutical client. The Support Analyst will assist in various phases of the intelligence cycle by monitoring, triaging, and processing alerts, and providing relevant intelligence to the overall security team and senior decision-makers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring open-source and proprietary threat intelligence platforms for relevant data.
- Assisting in the collection, analysis, and dissemination of cyber threat intelligence.
- Supporting incident response teams by providing timely and relevant threat information.
- Collaborating with the CTI lead in threat intelligence production.
- Maintaining and updating threat intelligence databases and tools.
- Preparing detailed reports and briefings on threat trends and indicators.
- Contributing to the development and refinement of CTI processes and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
- Knowledge of common threat actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and security controls.
- Proficiency with threat intelligence platforms and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
