Senior Pharmaceutical Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pharmaceutical Manager to lead our Quality Control team at Siegfried's Evionnaz facility. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills.

• Lead a team of 3-4 laboratory technicians, ensuring smooth shift operations and managing team development through regular meetings and performance reviews.
• Organize and conduct instrumentals and physico-chemical analyses in accordance with GMP procedures.
• Participate in the realization of instrumentals and physico-chemical analyses, adhering to established protocols.
• Contribute to quality event management, including OOS investigations, analytical deviations, and resulting CAPAs.
• Act as the primary liaison between production teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.
• Support some raw material, stability, and finished product analysis activities.
• Maintain adherence to HES standards within the team.
