VAT, a leading international developer, manufacturer, and supplier of high-performance high-end vacuum valves and vacuum sealing technology, is seeking a Business Strategy Planning Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating product marketing tasks and initiatives across SSG BUs, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Consolidating competitor and market analysis for the SSG business, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Supporting and coordinating the strategic and tactical planning process for SSG, driving subsets of strategy definition and planning tasks.
  • Supporting the strategy deployment process, including target setting and ensuring alignment across the organization.
  • Enhancing the organization's productivity by applying best practices, contributing ideas, and initiatives based on observations, assessments, and forward-thinking.
  • Planning and orchestrating work to ensure the organization's priorities are met, including follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.
  • Preparing reports and presentations to effectively communicate key findings and recommendations.
  • Supporting and preparing effective communication for SSG, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
  • Preparing and facilitating workshops and meetings to drive collaboration and decision-making.
  • Conducting research, gathering, and processing information to support the decision-making process.
